Joy Cervantes founded our firm Success 2 Significance, PLLC in 2021. She is delighted to continue serving her clients and looks forward assisting them to be more successful and live a life of significance. As an experienced CPA, Joy has worked in the accounting profession for over 35 years advising clients in tax compliance, tax planning, strategic and exit planning.

She has advanced expertise in working with businesses in the professional service industry, small business owners and high net worth individuals. Joy graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and a Masters Degree in Taxation. She is a member of the AICPA, and AZ Society of CPAs. She is also a CEPA – Certified Exit Planning Advisor, CSEP – Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, and previously hosted a monthly Business Leaders Book Club.

In her spare time, Joy enjoys spending time with family, ballroom dancing, painting, and gourmet cooking.

Megan Butts is our Firm Administrator and she brings her detailed, organized, and creativity to Success 2 Significance, PLLC. She has been passionately working with Joy in the accounting industry for more than eight years, specializing in administrative and marketing support. Her passion is for servicing the needs of our clients by providing a variety of her capacities, including behind the scene activities – onboarding clients, engagement tracking, electronic delivery of returns, extensions, accounting and tax services.

In addition, Megan’s talents include the ongoing marketing connections with clients – bi-monthly newsletter, client surveys and ongoing events and communication. Driven to make the tax services as seamless as possible, Megan puts her stellar communication skills and detailed-oriented, problem-solving abilities to work every step of the way.

When she is not working she is on adventures with husband and her four children.
